Can I sell used pallets here, or only buy them?
Both, through partner suppliers. Choose “Sell my pallets” on the form and give the sizes, the rough count and their condition. Whole, repairable 48×40 pallets are the easiest to sell; odd sizes, wet pallets and broken stringers are more often a removal job than a sale.

What should I put in the form?
What you want to do (buy, sell, recycle or remove), the product, the size and grade if you know them, the quantity and the ZIP code. If you are not sure of the grade, say so; the pallet grades page explains what the letters mean.
Are recycled pallets strong enough for racking?
A good Grade A recycled 48×40 GMA is close to new for most uses. What matters more than new-versus-recycled is the deck board thickness, the stringer species and whether the pallet has been repaired with full-length boards. If your pallets go into racking, say so on the form. See pallet grades for the full breakdown.
Can I ask for heat-treated pallets for export?
Yes. Choose wood pallets and mention ISPM-15 in the message; availability depends on partner suppliers. Read what the stamp actually means before you ship: shipments get held when the mark has been painted over or the pallet was repaired with untreated boards.
