What makes a load worth more

01Sort by sizeA stack of one footprint is easier to value and load than a mixed pile. Keep 48×40 GMA separate from everything else.
02Keep them dryPallets left out in the rain lose value. Wet wood is heavier, weaker and can grow mould under wrap.
03Separate the broken onesPull out pallets with cracked stringers or missing boards. A clean stack of good pallets is valued as good pallets.
04Count honestlyA rough count is fine on the form. Say whether it is a one-off load or something you generate every week.

What sells

Not every pallet is worth paying for

Standard 48×40 GMA pallets in good shape are the easiest to sell, because they are the easiest to reuse. Block pallets, odd sizes and damaged units are often worth less, or cost money to take away. Pooled pallets belong to the pool operator, so they are not yours to sell.

If what you have is mostly in the second group, pickup and removal may be the better request.
