Common questions
Before you pick one.
Can we buy and sell at the same time?
That is the most common arrangement we have. The truck that delivers your graded stock takes your empties away on the same run, which is cheaper for both of us than two separate movements. Ask for it explicitly — it does not happen automatically.
Do you work with brokers?
Yes, and we price the same way for brokers as for end users. We will not, however, quote a grade we cannot supply in order to win a bid — which occasionally makes us the second-cheapest quote on a broker’s sheet.
What is your smallest possible job?
100 pallets picked up from our yard, or roughly 200 units for a collection. Below that, freight is the whole cost. If you are smaller than that, tell us anyway — we sometimes have a truck already routed past your door.
How fast can you start?
Yard pickup, same day. Central Ohio delivery or collection, usually inside three business days. A full managed program takes two to three weeks to set up properly, mostly spent counting what you actually have.
