Contact

One yard, one email address, and a form that goes to a person.

We quote in writing rather than over the phone, which is why there is no phone number anywhere on this website. Everything you get from us — price, grade, freight, pickup window — arrives by email so you have it on record.

Send us a request

This is the same form that appears on every page and the same desk it reaches. Fill in what you know; we will ask about the rest.

  • Written quotes, usually inside one business day
  • Loads from 100 pallets to full 53' trailers
  • We buy as readily as we sell — tell us which way it flows

We reply by email, so this needs to be a working address.

US or Canadian 10-digit number. Formats itself as you type.

Two-letter code or full name.

US ZIP (43217) or Canadian postal code (K1A 0B1).

Whole units, digits only.

No phone number required from us — we quote by email so you have the numbers in writing.

Segregation

Sorted by type, not by convenience. Pooled units go back to the pool; plastic runs a separate stream entirely.

Four minutes from the I-270 south interchange, inside the Rickenbacker logistics cluster. Trailer access is straightforward; the gate is on the west side of the building.

Email

info@repalletusa.com

Everything goes here: quotes, collections, invoices, complaints and yard tour requests. It is read by people who work in the yard, not by a call centre, and it is answered the same business day in almost every case.

There is no phone number because we do not quote verbally. It is a deliberate choice and occasionally an unpopular one.

Hours

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday
Closed

Trailers received until 4:30 PM. Same-day grading cut-off is 1:00 PM. Yard pickup from 7:00 AM, and regulars do not need to stop at the office.

Email arriving outside these hours is answered the next business morning.

Getting here

Finding the gate.

South Access Road runs parallel to the rail line. The yard entrance is the second gate past the fabrication shop, marked with our sign.

From I-270 (south loop). Take the US-23 interchange, head south, then east onto South Access Road. The yard is about half a mile along on the right.

From downtown Columbus. South on High Street or US-23 for roughly eight miles, then follow the Rickenbacker signage.

For 53-foot trailers. Approach from the west end of South Access Road; the turn at the east end is tight for a full-length unit.

Visiting on foot. Hi-vis and closed-toe footwear are required past the office. We keep spares.

For quotes

Use the form. Include the quantity, the footprint, the grade if you know it and your ZIP code, and you will get a delivered price usually the same day.

For collections

A photo of a representative stack and an approximate count is enough for us to tell you whether we pay you or you pay us. See sell your pallets.

For auditors

Email us with the reporting period and the framework you are working to. We will send the diversion statements and, if it helps, walk you around the yard. See the zero-waste promise.

For job applicants

We hire graders, repair hands and CDL drivers, usually with no previous pallet experience. See careers.

Before you write

Three quick answers.

How fast will you reply?

Same business day for anything received before about 3:00 PM, next morning otherwise. If a request needs a yard check — availability of an unusual footprint, for instance — we will acknowledge it immediately and come back with the answer.

Really no phone number?

Really. Verbal quotes get misremembered, and in a trade where “Grade A” means different things to different people, having the definition in writing protects you more than it protects us. If you would rather talk, say so in the message and we will arrange a call.

Can I just turn up at the yard?

For pickup, yes, from 7:00 AM. For a tour or a first meeting, we would rather you emailed first so someone is free to walk you around rather than shouting over the grinder.
