When you send a request through the form, we collect the fields you fill in: first and last name, email address, phone number, company, service, product type, size, grade, quantity, timeframe, street address, city, state, postal code and your message. We also record the page you submitted from.

If you tick the text message box, we record that consent along with your request.

When you simply browse, analytics records the pages you visit, roughly where you are, what kind of device you used and where you arrived from.

Form data is used to prepare a quote for what you asked about. Requests go to the 1DB lead platform and then to partner suppliers, who may contact you by email, by phone or, if you opted in, by text message.

Each partner supplier handles your details under its own policies once it receives your request.

Text messages are sent only if you tick the box on the form. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out. Your consent is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising retargeting from this site, and no advertising network receives data from it.

The 1DB lead platform stores form submissions and passes them to partner suppliers.

PostHog, our analytics provider, processes page-view data through this site's own domain.

Our hosting provider processes requests in order to serve the site and holds standard server logs.

This site uses PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets no advertising cookies. PostHog sets a first-party cookie to recognise a returning browser, except for visitors in Europe and browsers sending a privacy signal, who are counted in cookieless mode with nothing stored on their device.

Requests are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and to meet legal obligations. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form and put the topic in the message field.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local privacy law. We apply the same process to everyone.

This is a business-to-business website about industrial packaging. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
