Terms of service.

RePallet USA passes requests to partner suppliers in its network. It does not sell, buy, repair, collect or deliver pallets, and it is not a party to any quote or order. Sending the form costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Availability depends on partner suppliers. A request does not guarantee that a supplier will be available in your area or able to meet it.

Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, delivery, warranties and returns. Any quote or order is an agreement between you and that supplier, on that supplier's terms. Check those terms before you commit.

Specifications, grade descriptions, load ratings and tool results on this site are general information. Grades are not a universal standard, and load ratings are typical values for a sound unit with a uniformly distributed load, not a rating for any particular pallet.

You are responsible for deciding that a pallet is suitable for your product, racking and handling equipment. Regulations change, so check current requirements for your use.

This site and its content are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant any supplier's goods or services.

To the extent the law allows, RePallet USA is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from dealings with a partner supplier, including indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may read, print and share pages from this site, and quote from it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale as your own content or interfere with the site's operation.
