What ships here
Kentucky, in freight terms.
Kentucky is a straight run south on I-71 and a genuinely unusual pallet market, because Worldport has pulled an enormous amount of time-critical distribution into a relatively small city. When somebody in Louisville needs pallets, they generally needed them yesterday, which is why we hold buffer stock for programme customers on that lane specifically.
Automotive assembly around Georgetown and Bowling Green runs the returnable-fleet pattern familiar from Michigan: 48×45 footprints, repair loops and fleet maintenance rather than one-way purchasing. Appliance manufacturing in Louisville adds large flat platforms to the mix.
Bourbon is its own thing entirely. Barrel handling is heavy, frequently wet, and hard on wood, and the warehouses are built to a geometry nobody else uses. Distilling customers want heavy-deck stock and we do not pretend a standard GMA will do the job.

Questions
Buying pallets in Kentucky.
Do you deliver to Kentucky?
We run our own equipment into this state on a repeating weekly or biweekly pattern, which is what keeps the delivered price competitive.
What is the minimum order into Kentucky?
A partial trailer, around 260 units, on our own equipment. Smaller quantities are possible when a truck is already routed past you.
What footprints move most in Kentucky?
Heat-treated export stock for Worldport lanes, heavy-deck for distilling, 48×45 automotive, GMA buffer stock for programme customers.
Can you quote a custom build here?
Yes, anywhere. Custom and engineered work is quoted from a drawing and shipped as project freight, and the distance economics are completely different from routine stock. See custom builds.
