Dayton is close enough that the freight component almost disappears, and it sits on the I-70/I-75 crossroads, which is one of the densest freight interchanges in the eastern United States.
The automotive and aerospace supplier base here is the main reason we keep 48×45 automotive stock moving at all — that footprint barely exists outside these supply chains, and Dayton is where most of our cores in that size originate.
